Kaskaskia College offers several different options for support. Our Help Desk is staffed Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday until 4:00 p.m. Technical Assistance includes:

• Hardware or Software problems on college computers and printers
• College Network (Wired and Wireless)
• Email
